Management of Websites

I looking for someone who can manage my four small wordpress websites by keeping them updated and running smoothly in terms of content and functionality. To assure that there are no errors on the page, broken links, or anything that would cause a problem to their effectiveness. The primary thing that needs updating is the content and posts on each of the sites. The person selected must be knowledgeable and experience with working with websites in various areas that enable them to function well. I'm not looking for someone to change my websites. I just need someone to maintain them and take care of any problem that might arise. And as I already stated to fix any error or link problems that might exist. Requirements: 1. To keep websites updated in content and posts and running smoothly. 2. To make sure that problems affecting the functionality of the website, such as, errors on the page, broken links, are fixed. 3. Must be knowledgeable and experience with working with websites in various areas that enable them to function well. 4. Must be able to communicate well in English. 5. Availability is mandatory. That includes weekends. I will expect a quick response when I contact you. No longer than one day. Your quickness to respond will help establish a good business relationship and give me the confidence that I can trust you to maintain and manage my websites. This is an on-going project, which is month to month. So, I'm looking for someone who will treat my websites like their own, with the uppermost care. I expect all the requirements to be met.
