Multiple Choice Exam- Custom Wordpress Plugin

Hi and thanks for reading this request. **What's Your Style?** I need a simple WordPress plugin to build a simple test system which will enable site visitors to take: * Immediately receive multiple-choice test to determine their conflict style * get emailed results immediately after the test is complete * Email results to admin * Email results to aweber designated list by style Admin features: -The admin should be able to create as many tests as she wants (no limit) -each test should have no limit to the number of questions -question types should include multiple choice with forced ranking and textbox -each question is accompanied by a list of possible answers (which can vary in number) The plugin should be compatible with aweber and fbml for Facebook page On the site, the conflict style test will be as such: -the test taker will see a question followed by a list of possible answers -she will pick one answer and press on a button labeled "next" -the plugin will record her answer in the background -answers are tallied to see first and second most common response which represents the conflict style -after the end of the exam, the plugin will give the results of the test on webpage immediately -results also sent via email to examinee and admin The results of the test will: -show the examinees first and second conflict style - Other features: The test should be incorporated into the WordPress user management such that test takers can request to see a record of their previous exams.
