Excel/VBA - Unique code for each machine file downloded to using excel 95 to current

I want to have an excel file that looks at the Machine ID of the computer it is loaded onto and generates a unique code based on the Machine ID. The file wont open the excel file until it receives a unique unlock code from me.

I also want to be able to have a "free" period where the user can use the excel file for a period of time before the file shuts down and wont open afgian until it receives the unlock code.

The codes must work from excel 95 to current version.

I hope you can assist or please share any ideas you may have.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The excel file with the code box that generates the code absed on the machine ID and input box to type in the unlock code

Acess to the VBA code behind it

A generator program/file for the unlock code

Ability to prescribe what form the codes are. ie the length and characters.

Instructions on how to change the "free" period.

The unlock code miust work from excel 95 to current versions

I need to be able to import worksheets into the file and have them functioning the same as they function in a "clean" excel file.
