Writing specification for updating an existing website

I want to update a website and implement a couple more functionality.

I am looking for an experienced php developer to write the project specification.

You need to have experience in writing technical spec for implementation.

Also you will need to search and identify the errors and malfunctions of the whole website.

Please only bid if you can provide a technical specs that you have written yourself.

I will pick a candidate based on price and examples that are submitted .
