I want 5 developers who are WordPress experts to join our team for an urgent work to develop PSDs to WordPress website, for 5 different websites. I'd give you complete details of the project and how much you'd be paid for each project , if you are qualified to join our team, by my assessment.
If you're chosen to join our team, milestone payment would be created for you here on freelancer.com before you start any work and your payment would be released when the work is completed. But most interactions about our projects would be done via group chat on skype.
To join our team for the 5 PSDs to WP websites development, bid by answering the questions below:
1. Send me website urls of three websites you personally worked on as PSD TO WP projects. Also include the freelancer.com project link where the project was awarded to you as proof. Don't send any website link for a project done outside of freelancer.com. As your first proof, the websites you'd send me must be projects done here on freelancer.com and you must include the exact project url where the project was awarded to you.
2. Download the file attached at [login to view URL] . This file is the original file from the psd given to a developer to convert to a responsive WP website. The web page he developed (from the PSD of the image file at [login to view URL] ) is at [login to view URL] .
Your assignment is to review the single web page at [login to view URL] by comparing it to the original design shown at [login to view URL] and simply write a report pointing out every single error on the page the developer did at [login to view URL] .
NOTE:
If I am impressed by your answers to the two requests above, I'd invite you for further chats about the project I have for you.
WARNING: Don't bother to send me another person's work as your own. I have several ways of proving and exposing any lie about any sample you present. If you don't consider yourself a 5 star developer in PSD TO WP work, PLEASE don't waste our time because I'd easily find out.
