Website Network Diagram Clickable to Open Putty (login to site required)

I am looking for a website template with site login to secure it (possible https). The site will be used by me to build a network diagram online. The diagram will be active as in when I click on a router or switch it opens a putty ssh window to that device and allows me to configure it. Im not too sure if this is an easy thing to do and may be more complicated than I think it is. The ideal build would be as follows: Me setting it up: I have a webpage with a number of network devices on the left-hand side. I select and drag a device icon from the left to the diagram and can give it specific details like an IP address to tell the device icon on the site where to go to (this is only for the site purposes - the actual kit has already been configured with this). I can then add lines to the diagram to show the network kit connected to each other and set out the diagram topology. Using the site: I go to the webpage via https and login. I can then click on each device and a putty window (or putty equivalent) opens (either within the webpage or in a new program window). I login to the device (this has already been configured by myself on the actual device) and can configure it. So what is required is a blank website with the above functionality - https certificate doesn't need to be verified, this is only required to secure the the data. Login to the site is required for obvious reasons. Hope the above is clear. Thanks.
