Hi,
I would like to get a quote to develop an online site which can manage invoices for sub contactors.
It would need to look similar to [login to view URL]
My Client is in the doors, frames and door hardware industry and are looking managing their invoices with an online system.
In any job we need to have all the doors listed on the site, and they can tick which items they have completed, so that it can generate the total price and summary. Then the next time they would like to invoice, those previous fields should become unavailable.
Here are some quick notes:
1. Individual login profiles for sub contactor
2. Only designated projects per sub contactor
3. Admin interface to manage all sub contactors
4. Summary for each invoices with subtotals and totals
5. Import data in main sections per project. Level, Door No & Door size (We have this data in Excel Format)
6. If items have been selected/invoiced previously those items will become inactive.
7. Separate tab/page for work completed other than what is detailed in main page. This will be text box with price box, which will add to the total summary
Please advise total costs and lead time.
