video file mirroring script

Hi everyone,

I need a script like qooy to mirror videos on video sharing sites. here is the list of hosts I would like the script to be able to upload to :

the script should be a module base so that I can easily add hosts (so if I want to add a new host, all I would need is a new php file in a folder called modules or something).

and here is the extra feature I need, free users would upload content to the site's user (admin can setup the username and pass for each site) and there should be an option to upgrade to gold memebers and use your own username and password for each site (so user can edit the settings from their control panel for each site).

Please note that you need to also do a web2.0 design for the site so dont bid if you cant do the design.
