Tweak Wordpress Already Installed Theme

I purchased a Wordpress theme off of [url removed, login to view] and need some tweaking done to the design in two areas.

I need two tweaks:
1) Expand the height of the grey bar that says "EBIZ-Modern and elegant..." to look like the attachment called Ebiz Tweak.png. Note that the button has been removed in the grey bar. The replacement can be a graphic if necessary.
2) Reformat and expand the height of the area that says "Searching-Processing-Implementing" to look like the attachment Ebiz Tweak.png. The formatting would have to be where the text is readable by the search engines; it cannot be a graphic. Note that the two form fields inside the red box on the right is from Aweber. I will provide the code from Aweber.
