I need a template modification to include the attached image/user panel float at the top of every page. I will provide the blank image template for you to use. I have attached an image for you to review. I am trying to create a user panel at the top of my website pages that will float as you scroll down the page. For example the bar/user panel on the top of pandora.com. The float banner will have module positions for us to add content as needed.
