Static Website development - repost

I am reposting this project... Those who have already sent bid to the project and has got no response from me. Please do not bid again. Only new freelancer or the one received a response from me can bid... I need to make a website... Its very simple, may be the easiest one... I already have the design ready and I want someone to implement the design into code and make it for me.... I want the exact website as the design. Please send some mock up design of yours. My budget is < $100 Website is a SW consulting website....Additional Project Description: 07/31/2013 at 4:59 IST I wont be paying any amount upfront. Also, if you are not able to make the website exactly as the design than the project will be cancelled without any payment. 08/02/2013 at 6:16 IST If the project is open, that means, I haven't awarded it yet. I have got more than 100 responses, and it will take a week or so for me to go through most of them.. I will get back to the final selected ones in less than a week. 08/06/2013 at 5:33 IST Few ppl asked me about the deadline, so I need the website in 15 days which is pretty decent time for completion. 08/07/2013 at 5:45 IST I have added the design. People who said they will give me update in first few hours, is it possible to show me something in next few hours ? This is not the complete design but 90% would be from this design other than some minor changes.
