I have a custom built php website with thousands of files for download. I am getting huge spikes in my Resources monitor graph in cPanel. I need someone to discover the cause of these spikes, and if possible, propose a solution. I already have gzip compression and browser caching. I am NOT after a generic SEO solution or ready made answer. I will provide the Freelancer with cPanel log in details so he can check what is going on. I have attached a screenshot to demonstrate the spikes. The outcome I am after is one of the following: 1-The website is normal and the spikes are unavoidable, or 2-The spikes are because of an error.
