We are a startup company looking to build a Ruby on Rails site. Please apply only if you are a developer with over 4.5 rating, you can communicate really well in English, you work fast and turnaround time is exceptional. You take pride in your work. You must be able to work by milestone and deliver on each one. You work on fixed rates. We do not do upfront payments. Deadline for the site: Urgent deadline - three weeks!
