Need an Under Construction Web Page

We need a simple, single web page created and installed using our existing [login to view URL] account. Attached is a PDF of the page we want. Winning freelancer will receive a word document with the images placed where we want them. Minor formatting and adjusting will be required to ensure everything fits in view without having to scroll. The "Email" on left and "Email" on right must act as links to their respective email addresses Both Twitter and Facebook icons must act as links to our twitter and facebook pages.
