Magento Extension Tweak - Printing Labels on custom page size

We are currently using Magento version 1.7 with Fooman PDF Customizer and Embedded ERP. Our shipments are processed using a label maker where the labels are 4"x6" (10cm x 15cm stickers). We need someone that has knowledge with these platforms and extensions that can modify the output invoice, packing slip and label so that it will come out on our label maker.
If you do not have any experience in this please do not bid!
On top of that our website is not in a live state and are still working with modifications to improve the sites appearance and functionality so we are looking to work with someone on a longer term basis to help us resolve and make modifications until we go live.
This canditate must be:
-Fluent in English
-Understand and follow clear direction
-Must be available to work without any other commitments
-Can fullfil time lines
-Provide very regular updates
-Have a great knowledge of Magento
-Worked with Embedded ERP and PDF Customizer
-Be able to create any type of custom module in Magento if needed
