Intergrate Membership area into existing Wordpress Website

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I'm interested in having someone set up a paid membership area on my Wordpress web site. The membership fee will be $5/month and I'll most likely go with PayPal recurring payments and/or Authurize.net. I'd like for the first month to be half price, so $2.50. There will be special articles and video posts added to this area monthly and I will need the option to do that from the dashboard myself. I would also like to take some of my current posts and move them into the member only area. Members will need to be able to cancel their membership if they want and change or request their password. There will need to be a new membership link added to the navigation menu, and a login area.
I would also like a members-only forum added where people can post and ask questions, where I can respond also. In addition, I would like the individual I hire to update my version of Wordpress and plugins to ensure my site is current and secure.
Fluency in English is necessary, as is attention to detail, general competency and experience with the tasks requested.
