2Fix various posting/security issues on Boonex Dolphin6 site

I am looking for a PHP programmer who can fix a few security and comment posting issues on various types of pages on my site such as including security features such as captcha (or any better option) for any items that are posted to the site, incorporating measures that prevent spammers or identify spammers, allowing only active members to post content, other status types to be more defined such as allowing any others to view content only, giving the admin the ability to easily delete unwanted content/comments posted to the site as spam. This project is also an opportunity for a programmer to familiarize themselves with the coding so that they will hopefully be available to assist with additional more challenging needs in the future. Regarding the site it was built using the Dolphin 6 platform. It has been customized significantly. The video system utilizes the Longtail JW Player.
