Fine tuning website

I have website which required some adjustment and some programming before going live. This work is for creating few small images, adjusts CSS according to requirement and add programming components. When I bought template they have provided me PSD files as well, once developer will be selected I will provide PSD if required. About Us Page: • “Try for free” Image • “Contact Us” Image • Create download brochure Image Features Page: • Try for free Image • Contact Us Image Portfolio/Our Client Page: • Displaying images from portfolio/our clients table. o We need to display 4 item • School Name • Small Image • Large Image • External Link ( when user click on it, it will open external link in new page) • Changes to Grey box o Remove Play button o Remove Small images Contact Page: • Submit Button from Right to Left Free Trial Page: • Address Title should be in center (currently at bottom) • Arrange textboxes in line • Add download brochure Image under Contact Image • Submit Button from Right to Left • Limitation on Fields o Name (50 Char, A-Za-z and space are allowed) o Job title (50 Char, A-Za-z and space are allowed ) o Email (50 Char, Email validation) o School Name (50 Char, A-Za-z and space are allowed) o School Phone (12 Char, 0-9 ( ) allowed) o Address (200 Char, any character allowed) • Store Information in mysql database. • Add Captcha • Send email to site admin and email provided in profile. Email should be in html format and I will provide content for that. Privacy Page: • Increase Font size
