Ebay Template

I am looking for someone to design a small HTML Template for my eBay account. I have attached a logo of my company so that you can see our color theme. I don't have many ideas in mind yet so I'm looking for someone to just run with it and make something unique. The logo is not set in stone yet so feel free to either use it or make something up yourself.

I have attached a rough sketch of what I see the template looking like. I need it to be very clean, simple and professional looking. I want it to be very marketable. The photos need to be click-able so that they well get larger when clicked on.

I feel firmly about the SIMPLICITY of the heading and being able to edit the txt below them. This includes. Condition and Description, Shipping, Returns Etc

I will also need to have someone show me or explain to me how I will be able to load and unload images into this template and give a recommendation if and where I should host them. I do have a website that I can use. Also should I have a program such as Dreamweaver that I can edit the images and text for each specific item that I will be listing or is there a simpler way.

I can not have any bad spacing, formating, dead links or image files that do not show up so please build accordingly.

Someone with eBay template experience please.
