Advanced PSD to Tableless Joomla Conversion

Advanced Multilayered PSD File to Joomla [url removed, login to view] Template Conversion. Website must be completed in Detail for client.

1) I need the top Email and Phone number entry a Flash Box (I can create the Flash) just make a place holder for it.

2) The NewsFlash and PhotoRotator, those modules need to be able to turn off and on, call them User 1 and User 2 Positions.

3) The Banner, that will be Banner Position and it can be turned off or on too.

4) The Body Content, can handle Text and also Flash

5) The Main Menu on the bottom

6) I will add a code to the flash so everytime the page changes the flash doesn't start from the beginning again.
