Implement simple linear workflow in InfoPath for change requests.

A form (refer attached) comprises 4 sections. The initial user fills out the first section, then submits the form. It is then routed to 9 approvers, to a change implementer and finally to a coordinator. If the change type is minor, then the approvers section is bypassed.

My preference is to show only the sections relevant to each stage. For example, the requester will see only the first section, the approvers will see the first and second sections, the change implementer will see the first, second and third sections and so on.

Once submitted, the form and contents to date should move to the next person in the workflow by email. We need to be able to easily change the names in the code.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete commented source code of all work done. Any scripting should be in VBScript.

2) Necessary instructions on deploying the application

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
