IP Domain Filter-WALL

I have 4 Source code Examples of what i need and they do work the 4 things need to be put togeather each source code has the Functioning Code i would need to make this work....... ALSO there is only 1 main part missing from them it is the ipp Address. It can lock on fine to the PORT requirements but not IP ***.***.***.*** I add Ip Address the program writes it in registry section for program and uses the section like a file when it needs to check All i need to do is block IP Addreses listed in the area of the registry Block them from recieve and transmit "Watching the internet Trafic without lag and not adding to the Windows System host file" kinda Like Black Ice or other fire wall Programs but this is simple Let's me add IP Address's and WWW checks all the time for transmit and recieve Does not need to check for anything other then the ip address's listed " Enter Ip Address Ip Address gets writin to registry the wall is running 24/7 if at anytime somthing or anything trys to transmit or recieve from that DOMAIN aka or IP Address this [login to view URL] or this XttX:\\[login to view URL];index/#% no matter waht the program is It Can not be allowed and does not allow the Transmition of anything Concerning that address. say Porn site [login to view URL] has website at XttX://[login to view URL] and has Spyware installed and transmits like this XttX://[login to view URL]?-cgi->> [login to view URL] = Domain aka [login to view URL] and the spyware transmits and recieves on port 328 that is a senario ok i need none of that crap to happen at all i want to stop every single thing comming from that address "Even if i seen a banner on a webpage comming from 123.454.678 on a webpage and if it was blocked i should not see it as well".
