Asterisk CDR tabulation for telephone poll service

We need to develop program to extract CDR's from Asterisk server (trixbox v2.2) and tabulate # of incomming calls from 2 DID's in real time.
It will be used for tabulating results of polling service. Users will dial into the trixbox (2 numbers) to vote YES or NO.
Application is required to display in real time # of users who voted YES and # of users who voted NO.
Application is required to sort and display statistics of what states the voters called from based on the area codes in the CDR's. Tabulate totals per state of YES and NO votes and accumulated totals at the bottom of the column.
The resuts need to be displayed in a table format and in graph format (pie and bar options) in real time.
Each screen should display the title of the Poll (option to change title), date and time of the start of the poll, current date and time of the results.
Each screen should display 2 logos at the top of the page.
Application required have option to save results to a file (comma delimited).
Application required to have print option for table and graph output.
