Quick/Easy Website

I've developed the layout and changed my mind as to how it will work. People can come to the site. The can browse ideas, post ideas or claim ideas. Essentially, the person can then give away an idea they have had for a business. It can be a web business, anything.... Browsing listings is through categories or a "tag cloud", I can look through other being given away and "claim it" to develop it. Must have a design of web 2.0 Elements. Must use nice ajax forms/ picture galleries. Main page shows "Latest Ideas Given Away" menu options browse ideas, submit ideas, your account, about, rss (rss delivered newest ideas via rss feed) The page shows 5 newest submissions (automatically added) Idea Title (Learn More) (Ajax Rating ***** stars) (Claim this idea Button) Beside it is a ajax rating tool and a claim button (***** 5 Stars, View Comments), (Claim this idea) Clicking on "more info" takes them to a page with the idea listing. They can also "claim" an idea. Then asks "are you sure you want to claim this idea? Then updates and says "Good luck with yopur business venture" Site updates "how many people have claimed an idea" and ratings.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) Support for 30 days to fix any possible bugs

**PLEASE READ THIS FIRST** If you don't know Ajax/XHTML do not bid. This site must be very use friendly, quick working and ajx friendly. I've located a variety of the components that you will need including.

I am realling looking for easy functionality. Does this make sense for the basic functionality of the site?

It all must look and feel web 2.0 ish. Seems to me, like it could be a nice simple basic project but what do I know.

I've even done up a variety of the pages in html so it's very simple to understand. I have not done them all. I will need help.
