The game could be a big city that we own and would sell parts to people intrested as land or buildings or shops or offices, where they can rent or sell later through us, also they have to build the land through a construction company that we own and can sell part off as shares ( similar companies can be created for a fee), taxs will be paid to the city to maintain the site also, and so on and on, I know this is big but I believe it will be worth it and the coder will keep working with game on a monthly bases, the new land owner builds the land through days and can rent the offices and houses to new comers to the city, any new comer to the city (site) have to ask to live there and rent a house or buy a house from an existing owner ( the owner will make a good profit and the city takes tax also ) and then the new comer can start working in the city, like buy a new land and start building if he has the money or start trading real estate for a profit through getting new citizens and selling them real estate by opening an agency that he has to rent an office in the city for it ( has to rent it from an owner )and so and so, this is the intiall idea we can work something more later, just I need the coder who can be in the level of understanding and programming this, again this is big so please be in the level of the idea, If one coder is not enough, I accept to have more if they are friends or has good understanding between them.
