Our company needs someone who can assist in architecting and implementing the design (more configuration than anything else really) for a simple voip app solution.
We need someone who can recommend/configure:
- a DID provider (currently, we're looking at voicepulse)
- open source PBX (currently, looking at asterisk)
- open source (or the most cost effective) vxml browser
- open source (or the most cost effective) TTS engine
- integrate or point to a tomcat vxml webapp
- ASR is not needed at this point
We have a dedicated Fedora box for this purpose with a static IP, we just need assistance in figuring out the right components (and implementing thereof), to set up an end to end solution that would allow an end user to call a DID number, and be able to interact with a database driven vxml application (TTS yes, ASR not needed).
We have strong software engineers who can handle the database driven vxml applications (JSP, spring, jdbc, etc), so we probably just need someone to set up the solution upto the 'hello world' vxml app.
If you are interested, please specify:
1) your cost/time estimate
2) high level components you are recommending
Deliverables would include, directly configuring the said fedora box, with integration from DID provider (ex: voicepulse), and simple documentation on what configuration changed were needed.
