Accounts: Create account - page opens to show the following:
ID: Name: Phone: Email: Mac address: Package: Balance:
Each vendor must fill in the blank
ID: Name: Phone: Email: Mac address: Package: Balance: info:(link) Edit

info will be linked by id to activate/deactivate database
Edit: in case vendor needs to correct client information
Invoices:
Each client (ID number) will show list of invoices paid from date of activation
each invoice is set monthly
Payment:
This will show a list of clients which their payment is due today
payment system to be integrated with PayPal or credit card system for clients to submit payment
each vendor can enable or disable credit card payments based upon whether or not the have a merchant account
Billing:
This will show invoices which are due to be sent to clients for payment
Activate/Deactivate:
Client ID: Mac Address: Date of Activation Date of Deactivation
When a vendor activates or deactivates a client, an email is sent to admin (email to include aclient id, mac address, activation date, and deactivation)
Search:
Search for a client by ID or name
The accounting system and sql must reside as a standalone on web server.
In accounts, admin should be able to create reseller accounts
which will include
Reseller ID:
Name:
Email:
and each reseller should have s sub portal similar to whats listed above.
Each reseller has his own clients so no over crossing.
