import excel database into mysql database sript

I have a mysql database that I want to have a script or template (whatever is required) made for to enable me to easily import parts of an excel database into itwhen I want.

The mappings will need to be done because the field names are different.

I want to be able to import parts of the excel database whenever I want.

The programmer will need to determine where the records will go as the mysql database was purchased and the excel database which contains 4,000 records was also purchased both from different people.

The server has phpmyadin installed if that helps.
