Website to view on mobile phone

I am developing a mobile phone version of my website. I have done what I can but I am not a programmer, and it needs some re-formatting. The site can be found here:

I have attached a Word doc which has a very rough mock-up of how I would like the site to look.

I have attached a Word doc which has a very rough mock-up of how I would like the site to [url removed, login to view] key things that I believe you need to do are:

1. Create a space between the logo and the first bookmaker bar "Bet365" to insert the following text "Click on the Go button next to each bookmaker to go to the mobile phone version of their site"

2. Move the text "Bet365, Very slick site" into the middle of the bar.

3. Insert the .gif on the left of the bar.

4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for all of the bookmaker bars ensuring that the .gifs on the left are all in proportion to each other

I have attached the html files, together with the .gif/.png files for each of the bars.

Overall the site needs to look slick and professional. For somebody who knows what they are doing I don't think this should be a big job at all.
