The whole system was written in Python and used MongoDB as the database & the front-end built using Flask (Python web framework). Scraping with Python! ;) and BeautifulSoup is an area where I have good experience (>10 scrapers written for clients within last few months). I would need to see the site and discuss details to estimate responsibly, how much time would the task take, but usually that's a day or two. I could start today/tomorrow.
