Small shopping cart (only 5 products right now) with CMS to change and upload new products and prices. -Each product will be on the flash site with a a "more options" link to the shopping card page, click this link and then go to the "New Front Holders page" to see an example -[url removed, login to view] -Click the "more options" link below the picture to see a demo of the desired look. -Need payment gateway to include sales tax to Arizona residents only - 7.8% -Will need options for standard shipping and express shipping. -This is from the client: We're going to use USPS Priority Mail service. We'll charge a flat rate - $8.95 shipping & handling (US Customers only. International orders, please contact us.) I wanted to include an overnight option, but I'm running into some problems with what to charge. Is there a way to just embed the FedEx rate table into the cart? That would solve the charge for the destination...but, then I still have an issue with the weight. Can we work the weight into the quantity ordered? It would be much easier if we said - "Overnight delivery available. Please contact us for rates and details." What do you think?
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
