I will setup a email marketing solution (for sending newsletter) on a VPS (Amazon EC2) provided by you and redirect your website's subdomain to it and use Amazon's SES to ensure high deliverability of your emails. I use a similar setup for myself. Alternatively, I could provide hosted email solution (using the above mentioned setup) and create your account on it. In this case, I will charge $1 for 1000 emails.
