Static HTML & PHP site into Dynamic Wordpress with Social Networking and SEO Plugins

This is a straightforward and simple conversion to Wordpress, with a few frills and tweaks. I would like an existing Static HTML & PHP site, converted into Dynamic Wordpress with Social Networking and SEO Plugins. Keeping original 3 column design, with custom center scrolling and colour scheme, taking all content over to Wordpress, creating dynamic and static pages, properly using SEO plugins and social networking plugins to maximise potential of new site. Site structure is that of an approx 28 page site, with a Work Blog linked to Facebook, Twitter, Linked in etc - Most content available already, some additional will need to be supplied by myself. { ~ I have more refined structure info and spec available to those interested. ~ } The majority of the site is already existing and I can't see this taking much time to tweak the existing design imagery to fit into a nice Wordpress template, adding the extra plugins, and maybe tweaking a backend user account to allow limited access just to the WorkBlog, so that the site's full backend is only accessed by admin. ~ Ideally also SEO working with refining content and imagery labels etc, using such a program as IBP, to target certain keywords and get good natural results in Google. ~ [Extra Cash for right person!] Payment terms negotiable. Timescale Max 6 weeks, Pref 1 or 2! I have servers already so the site can be tested and developed on or off line and before uploading finished product to replace existing site.
