Dynamic pages sourced from dropdown tables and CSS design modification

I need a talented PHP and MySQL developer with experience in building dynamically produced pages from dropdown tables (similar to [url removed, login to view]) onto this site: [url removed, login to view]
A) Dynamically produced pages for each country from the justdial drop-down tables ([url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]) containing the following info on each country:
a. Access number and price for “Cheap International Calls from UK Landlines” from [url removed, login to view]
b. Text topup number and price for “Cheap International Calls from UK Mobiles” from [url removed, login to view]
c. Country flag (from [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view])
d. Country dialing code ([url removed, login to view]).
e. Local time ([url removed, login to view]).
B) Sidebar to have links to “Cheap International Calls from UK Landlines”, “Cheap International Calls from UK Mobiles” and “Become an affiliate” page.
C) "Become an affiliate" page: text copied from [url removed, login to view] Then add a button below with the text: "Signup Now". When the button is clicked, redirect to the sign up page on just dial with the referring agent code 41393910.
Also, I need some design work done to the CSS pages of the site as follows:
A) An include php code is to be added to the footer of each page of the site (for analytics code).
B) The right sidebar is to be removed completely.
C) The buttons on the top bar need to have the colours changed to the following:
a. TV: red.
b. Games: yellow.
c. SMS: orange.
d. Cheap International Calls: green.
e. Save Money: blue.
D) The cherry graphic on the left sidebar needs to be changed to a clearer cherry graphic.
E) Logo graphic is to be replaced with another graphic.
F) An include php code is to be added beneath the cherry graphic on the left sidebar (for ads code).
G) Add the following links to the bottom bar: Home, TV, Games, Free International SMS, Cheap International Calls, Amazon Bargain Finder, Ebay deal finder, Contact.
H) The pink button on the left sidebar is to be changed to the colour red and the text SITEMAP is to be replaced with the text HOME. This is to link back to the site’s homepage.
