208803 Script/Design Dating Site

Hi I'm developing a new dating site and I need somebody with a lot of experience and patience to collaborate with me on this project. I realize that this is going to take some time and I am willing to pay the money to have this done right. I know absolutely nothing about web programming. I need someone to take my conceptual ideas and convert them into a functional, user friendly site. This will reuire a lot of communication and it will take somebody with "vision" to translate what I want into a website. Once the site has been designed I need someone to host it and manage it (as far as tech support). Please include what you charge per month for these additional services in your bid. Below I have listed some of the features that I want on the website, this list is not exhaustive, as I am still trying to hash out all of the details: -"Do You Want to Date Me?" Feature This is going to be similiar to how Spark operates on Facebook. This feature will be displayed on members' profile pages? Members will be notified that somebody wannts to date them only if it is a mutual match, meaning both parties have indicated that they want to date eachother. An e-mail notification will be sent to notify the member that a mutual match has been found, but they will have to pay to see who is mutually interested in them. Both parties will have to pay a one time fee to see who there mutual match is - once one party pays, the other party will be notified that their "crush has already made the first move(or something like that)." This might be too complicated of a payment system and I'm open to ideas and suggestions. Maybe a regular membership fee is all that is necessary. -Picture Gallery Members can share and display any of their images that they upload. An overview of max 10 photos will be shown on the profile page. While someone do a mouse-over the photo, the photo will appear in a bigger size. -Video Gallery Members can share and display one max 30 second video, which will be shon on their prfile page. Similiar to YouTube. -Search A basic and andvanced search system that allows guest visitors/members to find other members. Do they have people in my local area? The search will aloow people to find people nearby, search by age range, gender, type of relationship, interests, distance, zip codes, cities, countries, usernames, keywords, who’s online now, male online, woman online, last online etc. 'Refine Search' ability. Quick and full search forms. -Top Priority The site weill also incude a feature called top priority. Each member will be able to determine from a pre-set list what is a top priority in a relationship, such as faith, family size, financial security, etc. In conjunction with this the site should have this as a filter option in the advanced search. -Member Communication I want the members to be able to chat/call/videochat with each other. Skype might be an appropriate option for this. -Forums This is where the members of the dating can get together and discuss certain topics that have been created by me and admins. Maybe phpbb would be a good option for this.. -Advanced photo rating system with vote breakdown This advanced photo rating system that is similar like [login to view URL] with vote breakdown! Images that are uploaded will also be added to the "rate" system. This system simply randomizes images when a user visits the section and allow them to rate on any image that comes up from a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest. -Matchmaking Typical [login to view URL] feature where users will be notified by email when a new member has registered with one of the same “interests”. Matches are based on age, location and the things you choose to put as your interests. The matches that show up are also based on the other users preferences. I also want this to work in conjunction with the "Mutual Match" Function, where the system will randomly throw users, who have expressed interest in that member, into the mix. This will allow users to remian anonymous until there is a mutual match, but at the same time will help members find potential matches more quickly and efficiently. -Mail notifications In conjunction with the Matchmaker, this will be a typical Plentyoffish feature is the mail notification. This is a helpful feature to help users coming back more often. The way how it works has been described at “Matchmaking”. Also the system is able to send a mail with new matches every x days/weeks. You can set this easily in the admin section. -SEO friendly To optimized the search engines. Instead of indexing keywords in search engines, the (profile) pages will be indexed in search engines by username, city, state and country from the page title. The more relevant keywords, the better it will be indexed into the search engines. If you have a better suggestion, I'm open. -Match a profile with some of your friends On top of every profile page there will be a link that allows members to send a notification to their friends to match them. -Account & Profile settings Personal information your members have such as their email or details about themselves they can edit at anytime using an easy to use account/profile system. -Profile picture Members can at anytime add or change their profile image which is displayed on their profile. -Mail system -Filter contacts One of the main features of this will be that when a member finds a date they can display on their profile that they are dating and it will bloch other users from being able to contact them. -Hotlist This feature allow members to see who have saved them to their favourites list -Multiple images upload Allow users to upload max. 5 images to their profile page in once -Friends & favourites Search for friends easily through the system and add them as a favourites -Interests list When clicking on one of the interests in the interest list of a member, it will show other members who also have mention the same interest. -Last 10 people that have logged in within 50 miles of distance This feature will show the last 10 profiles from a specific profile page who has logged in within a distance of 50 miles. This feature take care of continuity of browsing visitors/members and it will be more easy to find people in the same state/city. -Advertising management To allow for complete control of advertising on site. Several ad positions available on the dating site. -Admin Browse members Will allow the staff to browse all users and perform important actions like deleting a profile pic or banning a member. -Member manager Manage (edit) and screen members from this area. Edit existing profiles and create new profiles and activate members from here easily -IP country blocker From the admin it’s possible to select one or more countries to block their IP so they don’t have entrance anymore to website. This is useful to prevent abuse, like scammers from Nigeria -Block member by IP This is useful to prevent abuse, like spammers, scammers etc. -IP Logger This feature track the ip from the member manager when a member login every time. Every time they login their IP will be logged. -Allow the admins to control all the main settings for their site. -Membership subscription with Paypal payment gateway -Enable/disable paid membership subscriptions to dating site. Add/delete memberships -FAQ Manager Create a knowledgebase with the FAQ manager. Create categories and different frequently asked questions and answers Newsletter management Send out newsletters to all members to keep them up to date about anything regarding your dating site -Captcha Enable/disable captcha at the registration page and mail sending page from the admin -Content page manager Edit the content of the content pages easily -I will provide the content necessary for the content pages I hope this list is comprehensive enough to get an accurate bid. If there is a possibility that this site could cost more than your initial bid, please disclose that to me in the bid. Also, include the projected project duration in the bid.
