Model Agency Website

I am opening up a model agency. I need a website that can display models in my agency, sign up new models online and allow clients to book models for several events. I am familiar with HTML and CSS but need someone to write a few PHP scripts that I can integrate into my website. The following is a description of what I need scripted: 1. Form Processor and Sample Form: I need a PHP form processor that can process data from a form I design, email the information to a email address of my choice and redirect the user to a predetermined page. An extra option that could be added is a method of validating the data in the form but if this is too complex it is not necessary. The form needs to have an "upload file" feature, which I will need help with. The processor should format the data neatly (text or HTML) and have a clear way to change it's settings (ex. change email address the data is sent to or change what fields are validated and for what parameters). 2. Form Processor that Enters Information into a MYSQL Database: I need a PHP form processor that enters data into a MYSQL database. The form and processor should be able upload photos and other data into a MYSQL database for future display and use by another PHP script. The form processor should be able to edit an existing entry in the database. I envision this working as follows: A drop down menu at the top for the form allows me to select an existing entry in the MYSQL database or create a new entry (ex. Model Name or New Model). If a specific model is selected then the script should automatically populate the stored information into each field in the form. Then I should be able to edit this info and resubmit it to the MYSQL database. (In the future I might consider having a system where models can edit their own entry. If it's possible and not too complicated I would like to have a login system with an admin (me) and an ability for each model to edit his/her own data). 3. Template System to Display Data from MYSQL Database: I need an easy-to-use template system that can display data from a MYSQL database. I will also need help in scripting the display page. I envision this working as follows: A person viewing my website can click on a page titled models. When he or she clicks on that page they get a series of drop down menus (ex. Age, Sex, Experience etc) at the top of the page with a series of place holder photos below (Listing 1, 2, 3, 4 etc with no displayed info). When the user selects a certain age, sex, etc the placeholders are populate with photos from the MYSQL database that fit those parameters. Each photo then links to a separate page (either pop up or same page) that displays the entire MYSQL entry (Model Profile), by way of templates. The template system should be easy to use and very flexible in that it's parameters can be changed easily. For example, for now I might only need that the age, sex, resume and photo of a model be displayed and searched for but in the future I may need to add an additional criteria. The template system should be able to accommodate this easily and without complicated scripting. Before payment I would like to see a working model of all three scripts, with sample forms and an easy to use instruction model. For example, "this is how you change the email address in the first PHP script" or "this is how you add an additional string to the template system." I would like to work with someone that will be able to answer any questions I might have in the future and also someone that will be around in the future for more work.
