Simple iPhone Application

I need a simple iphone application designed.

1. A *.jpg will be supllied for the logo on the iphone.

2. When the application is launched on the iPhone it will first display a splash screen for 4 seconds. This *.jpg will be supplied.

3.? The application will then display a *.jpg image from a predetrmined website address. It must be possible to zoom in and out of the image.

4.? The application doesn't need any settings and must not show the website where the image is downloaded from.

5.? A simple setup must be included to setup the application on the iPhone.
