I have a working survey at [login to view URL]
It correctly intakes user data, and upon hitting submit correctly displays a webpage (the same one) whose content is dependent on the input.
My problem is with tracking that easily and correctly. So, I need one of 2 things:
1. Can you split the page so that upon hitting submit, the webpage taken to (although looking identical to current result) is actually a different page that I can put tracking code on.
2. Show me a way to add tracking code on the current page that is only triggered upon hitting submit, not just upon landing at that page initially.
Either way is probably fine, but would prefer solution 1.
