Database website build - starting phase

We are in the starting phase of creating our website. The website will be database driven with user accounts. Hosting, language and database engine are still open.

Looking for functionality similar to [url removed, login to view], but with completely different data/content.

Businesses will have accounts with users. Users will share data, but can assign data to themselves. Users will be able to add, edit and delete data as needed.

There will be ongoing and continuing work in the future as well

12/29/2010 Version 1 of a Highlevel Overview is available, just ask.

## Deliverables

I will be able to provide detailed requirements document. We are looking for someone to work with for quite a while, so more long-term is preferred.
