Web-Based Music Project Developmental Brief [Confidential] Type of Project: Web-based (portal) to support a Music Competition inspired by trying to create the official music / song of a major Latin American annual sporting competition (tournament) Timeline: Phase 1 Portal operating by June 15, 2009 Includes: • Opening page with complete “look & feel?? • All information on the competition, instructions, rules & guidelines plus start dates, etc. (for participating) • Sign-up (my account) for upcoming news • Bi-lingual (Spanish & Portuguese) Phase 2 operating by September 15, 2009 Includes: • All the above plus • Ability to begin uploading digital (music) video & MP3 recordings • Introduction to Judges & Voting process • Rules for voters • Functioning Blog / Posts • Highlight photos & videos (of the sport) • Ability to download songs (if carrier partner is already secured). Phase 3 by November 15, 2009 Includes: • All of the above plus • Search Ability (by most listened to, country, most downloaded) Phase 4 by January 15, 2010 Includes: • All of the above plus • Ability to upload highlight photos and streaming video of current games (need to be able to change these on a daily or weekly basis through July, 2010) Final Phase by April of 2010 Includes: • All of the above plus • Actual judging / voting phases (TBD) • Award Announcement (by May 15) Functionality: To include: • Graphic layout & design. • Registration for users (my account) • Sponsor space & links • Advertising space • Capacity for Blog & Discussion Forums • Upload capability for music & videos • Ability to filter out offensive material • Vote (select your favorite song / video) • Search (for music by country, most recent, etc.) • Songlist Order (by most listened to, most downloaded, most votes and country) • FAQ’s ??" ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
