Login to website and open TIFF file

I need a perl script that does the following...

login to website

Go to ADVANCED SEARCH MENU

Insert ParcelID into form and go to SUMMARY DATA (from file in perl directory called "[url removed, login to view]" the contents of this file would look like this ... "010-024123" (with no quotemarks in the form ... just 010-024123 )

Select the first link "Display Doc" and open TIFF file in default viewer

or ... on the **Detailed Data Results** grab the instrument number

and replace the instrument number in the following link

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
