Here is some requirements for my project.
General
The project is FRIENDSTER like site. It’s multilingual site. It should support unlimited language count. Right now I need only English version of site.

The site have to support about 200 000 registered users, and 20 000 "online" users. The term "online" means the user registered to site and 70% of time is waiting for messages and send messages, so there is not high load to server from one user.
The site have to be very scalable, it would be easy to add more registered users.
