What I Need:
Integration of SugarCRM, osCommerce and PHP Live. I need a module created for SugarCRM to integrate osCommerce customers and orders. We will be using the SugarCRM project as an interface for our call
center agents to fully manage customer service.
Specific Scope of Work:
In Sugar CRM:
- Seamless integration (Any change in SugarCRM also updates osC database)
- Place new orders on behalf of customers using [url removed, login to view] Payment gateway
- Refund existing orders with ability to specify refund amount ([url removed, login to view] and Paypal API)
- Customer management add/edit/delete
- Import phpLive chat logs (on a sugarcrm scheduler) and assign to users based on email address, or create new user/lead
- Easily view Order Status, and Order History Details in Customer/Lead View
- Update order status/order details
What I have:
I currently have a fully functional (modified) osCommerce store up and running, with PHP Live
Timeframe for delivery:
I need to have this up and running within 2 weeks.
