236430 Simple Vacancy/Job Board

I would like a Vacancy/Job Board created for a school, it will be on the schools website.

Preferably I would like the job board to be php & mysql based.

You can use existing scripts etc, as long as it functions as outlined below.

There is also a minor task, to create two application forms (I already have the form fields and html created, links are at the bottom) that submits a presentable html email template.

Here is a pure html mock-up of the job board so you can get an idea of what I want.

Since you can get a good idea of the front-end I will describe the back end first.

"Must Have" features of the back-end:

A user login.

Add New Job (obviously!)

Edit Job (ALL fields/details)

Delete Job

I want the Expiry date of jobs to Automatically Remove the "job listing" from public view and into a "expired section/repository" in the back-end, for reposting or deletion of that expired job. Also an email notification of job expiry.

DATA FIELDS:

Job Title

Type (Teacher, GTP, UNQ Tchr, Non-Teaching, Leadership)

Closing/Expiry Date (year - month - day, calendar)

Job Description

Salary

Hours

Qualifications Needed

Application Pack (three files to be unloadable under the headings "Application Form" "Job description" "Information")

OTHER SPECIFICS

GTP, UNQ Tchr and Teacher - use the "Teaching Application Form"

Non-Teaching - uses the "Non-Teaching Application Form"

Leadership - The URL to the online form should be editable.
