I can start now Joomla 2.5 can Not upgrade to 3.1 at admin cpanel. Cause source + database not compatible. In this case need to get back joomla 2.5. I hope that some file not override that. I will get back your site then resolve to joomla 2.5.14 the latest version 2.5. When finish i will upload to a test host, when you approve then upload the current host. Warning: some file may be override. I can execute today.
