Dating profiles installation into my database and directories

I need someone, experienced In PHP and MySQL, to install dating profiles into my dating script. The cpanel install will need to be in my database and corresponding directories. I prefer someone familiar with this type of work in dating profile installation. I need someone knowledgeable with database tables that work with the dating software, like pictures, adverts, mymatch to name a few. 

There are 13 zip files that contain 155,000 dating profiles with pictures. As long as the are all installed correctly and actively visible on my website then I am happy.

My budget is $30 for this project.
