Need Drupal Expert for long time site support

I am looking for a drupal expert that can complete these tasks and hopefully support my website for additional jobs needed.

As of now i have some tasks that need to be done on my Drupal 6 website. These tasks include:

-Optimizing HTML 5 Audio players to load faster. We have about 25 or 50 players on a page which cause page to load slow.

- Modify drupal theme to include some javascript features.

- Create additional API for version 2 of our mobile app.
