We are currently considering purchasing an email program like

We need an experienced programmer to customize the program and connect our multiple mysql databases to the mailing program.
We have about 10 different forms on our different homepages leading to 2 different databases. Since the current forms are slightly collecting different data we also needed to slightly revise the the form entries so that it can start collecting the same data.
In addition we wanted to create a 3rd database with a new field where it saves into so that all old information and new information is being saved.
We also have a company admin panel where we need customization as we want to see the contents of the new database entries in our php admin screen.
Lastly,in the mailing list program we wanted to customize encoding to send in UTF-8 as receiving end will view in a different language.
If there are other email php systems you can recommend with advanced features similar to the above then Im open for suggestions but am leaning towards customzing one of the above 2 mailing programs.
