Edit website template to display MySQL data via PHP

We need someone who is skilled in PHP/Mysql with some front-end experience. We are creating a product preview website, with NO shopping cart. Just photos and descriptions. All text and descriptions to be shown on the site will be grabbed from a DB. Essentially all text on the site will come from the DB. There are 10 main products with lengthy descriptions, and ~20 minor/simpler products with short descriptions and 1-2 photos. We are starting with an existing front end website template, and an existing backend DB admin interface. Here is what is involved: Part1: Front End Customization -Edit existing front-end adaptive magento template, simplify it, add our content. -Modify the template so all text (menus, product descriptions, etc) is grabbed from proper field in Mysql DB, using PHP. -All product descriptions and images should be loaded from our DB, not Magento. (We are not using Magento here, no shopping cart needed) -Make 10 pages adaptive (fairly basic image+text pages). Replace text within images with html text. (no image editing required) Part2: Mysql/PHP Backend changes -modify already existing database admin interface to add field-specific permissions per user. (currently it only has table-specific permissions per user) -Each user will be restricted to only viewing and editing their assigned fields, need 3 permissions for each field within a table: visible, hidden, editable. -Change colors/logos, hide certain features, other minor changes. Part3: Move existing Wordpress Blog install, and add new blank sections or blank installs. -move existing Wordpress installation onto new server. -setup 10 blank duplicate wordpress installs with same theme, OR add new 10 sections within same installation. (as long as we can lock user to a specific section) -Wordpress will be used for the Blog section of the site only, and does not need much customization.
