Create HR app package

Create a Apple app that will communicate with a web app.

Categories: Employee : update employee information if needed. but changes should go to HR or Recruiting before taken affect on core database.

TImesheet: Input employee manually or scanning badge. same fuction as Mjobtime.

Logistics: add or edit information of logistics. by search, scan or manual input.

Recruiting: add new candidates, take picture, take picture of documentation.

communicate with web app.
